Payment
Paid monthly, broker to broker.
Earned at first tenant placement, paid by the 15th of the following month. Sell that owner another rental and earn again.
How it works
Register before you introduce.

Register the referral
Submit this form before or at your introduction. We'll send the VR Form 800, our one-page addendum and the owner acknowledgment.

We take it from there
Consultation, proposal and onboarding. We keep you posted.

You get paid
35% of the placement fee, paid through your brokerage.
Referral fees are paid only to licensed brokerages. Registrations expire after 180 days if no management agreement is signed. Full terms are in the S&K Referral Addendum.
